I think I initially didn’t know what was going on, like anybody else, so I was seeking answers from different places.

After a couple of things didn’t work for me, I kind of just started to accept where I was at.

I was like, “This is how my body works, this is kind of my lot, this is what I have to deal with and it might not get better and that’s too bad and I don’t have an opportunity to improve.”

That’s what I believed after a while... which totally was not the case.

Everyone can improve and get better. And taking that leap to go see someone and to get the help that you need… everyone deserves that. Everyone deserves to feel better and can reach their goals that way.
