What Makes Us Different

We Focus On You

Although your diagnosis is important, it’s not all we need to help you get better. We want to hear your story, your needs, and your goals. We also want to see you move, so we can find out what movements are going well and not so well for you. Then, from a place of understanding, we can develop a plan that is right for you.

We Find And Build Upon Your Successes

We trust that your body knows what it is doing. If a movement hurts or doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not going to help you get better. By finding and building on your successful movement, we help you have less pain and stay more active as you heal.

We Teach Our Process

By teaching you the whys and hows behind what we do, we enable you to take control of your own movement progression. This control not only helps you feel better now, but helps you learn how to keep feeling better in the future.

We Don’t Take No For An Answer

The world is full of "No" and the medical field is no exception. A “No” in the form of an injury diagnosis (such as a torn ligament or tendonitis) or a structural characteristic (such as flat feet) can leave us feeling disappointed and frustrated. At Kinesi, we know that how we move is what really matters. We combine caring attention with cutting edge movement science to help you turn your movement “No” into a “Yes.”

I think I initially didn’t know what was going on, like anybody else, so I was seeking answers from different places and after a couple of things didn’t work for me, I kind of just started to accept where I was at. I was like, “This is how my body works, this is kind of my lot, this is what I have to deal with and it might not get better and that’s too bad and I don’t have an opportunity to improve.” That’s kind of like what I believed after a while... which totally was not the case.

Everyone can improve and get better and taking that leap to go see someone and to get the help that you need and to come to you for PT… everyone deserves that. Everyone deserves to feel better and can reach their goals that way. You’ve always made feel really comfortable and in good hands and it’s like I’ve always been able to trust you in that way. If you are feeling skeptical about PT, go do it. For me, it’s totally changed my life.
